  2. what's wrong with question 29?? i check the answer many times and all of them are wrong..i think bonus mark xD

  3. Question 29 answer should be B
it's melting point is 50degree celcius
hence t2 is all liquid state
some substance have a low melting point, since the question doesn't mention what substance it was.

    1. yeah..luckily,i answer B..:)

    2. I think there's no answer for this question.
as A and C are unacceptable, only B or D could be our choice.
but as what I've read in books, heat absorbed should be from t2 to t3 because that time the heat is needed to overcome the forces.

but if we look at answer B, i personally believe that substance Z is only in liquid form when it reaches t3 to t4~

So,I wanna know the actual answer for this question.
      Thx

*those are my personal explanations. If there are any mistakes, please do list out to correct my answers.

  4. Nope,it's bonus. Solid z is in solidliquid state at t2

  5. No! For number 29, it's not B. Its melting piont is 80 degrees so A cannot be the answer. And C is totally wrong so the answer should be D.

    1. are you sure? from t2 to t3 only the heat is absorbed to overcome the intermolecular forces..so, i think the most logical answer is B

    2. room temp=27c
normally there will be two str8 lines if there is melting and evaporating process
it did not state that 80c is the melting point isn't it? @@

    3. I guess answer B and C can be accepted for question 20. The value of heat of neutralisation is the same when involving strong acid & strong alkali. But heat released in a reaction involving sulphuric acid & strong alkali will be higher than a reaction involving hydrochloric acid & potassium hydroxide.

    4. acsy-yup,the question does't state that..so,what r u trying to say ??

swee moi- "the highest heat of neutralisation" so,the answer is B because sulphuric acid is diprotic acid(strong acid) but hydrochloric acid is monoprotic acid(weaker acid compared to sulphuric acid)..

Why the answer for question no. 21 is C?

I've given my paper to my BIO teacher and she said the answer should be B as there is no more oxygen released.

      Thx in advance.
*Any who knows the asnwer please do explain to me.

    5. Thanks for this. I appreciate the effort. Now I can roughly estimate my scores. But still bio is a bit low compared to my physics.. 35 and 41 respectively.... Ughhh
